There are many pleasures in the making of this podcast.

One is the very nature of the medium itself.

It is available at your whim, not on our schedule, and it is international.

I regularly hear from listeners around the world.

I'm able to have full conversations with artists I admire and find out how some of the

most revered artists in Arjanra operate and create.

But it also gives me the opportunity to share people and projects that I've embraced

that you might otherwise not have heard of.

While the pandemic cut off world travel, for years I was afforded the opportunity to

travel to film festivals around the world and discover movies that would never find

screens in the U.S.

I've met filmmakers from around the globe who have appeared on the show to talk about

their work and have gained new fans from it and that always makes me happy.
