I'm good, Mick.

I have a movie that started shooting today. This is so great. And

congratulations. You wrote the script with your partner, Chris Lamont, and directed by Nightmare

Cinema Director Alejandro Brugge. So congratulations. I think it just started shooting today.

Yeah, like two hours ago. Amazing. Yeah. No, I know, I know we teased it a couple weeks back when I said I had one of our post, former postmodem guests, cracking the whip. So now they know it's Alejandro Burgays. Yeah, it's a good team. Couldn't be happier to be working with him again.

He and I are very sympathico and, you know, I would say like nine times out of 10.

We usually feel the same way about a movie.

So I feel like it's in really good hands.

Well, in Alejandro's hands, it is in good hands. I guarantee you.

Me too. Shall we do some questions? Let's dive in. All right. Greg asks, as a California native,

how do you think growing up in California shaped you as a filmmaker?

You know, it must have in some ways, but I don't know how because no one in my family was in the entertainment business or in film or television.

I had no access to people who were, you know, I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and just went to schools in the valley.

There were no celebrity kids in the schools I went to.

You know, it was a very blue-collar life that I led as a child.

So I never really connected with Hollywood other than loving movies,

books, and television. So it may have had an effect just because it's in the air and in the business,

but you know, my father worked at an aerodynamics company and as a cab driver and all that stuff so i wasn't really
