because she talked about being you know kind of getting ready to be an empty nester, how her mind has been spiraling

If I'm petrified that I'm going to pick the wrong appliance or the wrong place to stay on our vacation, it really does stress me out.

I've had to kind of condition myself by learning about the mind to realize anything I pick, there's going to be problems.

Any place I pick is not going to be perfect.

Someone's not going to like something, right? Or the machine can't be guaranteed to work perfectly.

But I just need to make a decision and move forward because the overthinking it, the contemplating it, is really what creates the anxiety and stress and leads to the eating.
