personally struggle with you hear a voice in your head it talks to you it tells you know you're

going to gain all the weight back what's the point or oh no going on a medication is cheating

you should be able to do this without medication. Whatever the story is, I want you to

question it because keep in mind, this is a really important thing that I think a lot of times

we forget. The habits that you've been doing for the last five, 10, 20 years, whatever those

habits are, you haven't died from them. You've been able to survive

on this planet Earth doing those habits. So as far as your lower brain is concerned,

they are safe. So any habit you've always had eating cookies at 4 o'clock in the afternoon,

being terrified of gaining the weight back every single time you lose

the weight, whatever the thing is, it has never brought you to death. So it is safe. It can reproduce
