going to get to Antonio Brown. Tommy's got some thoughts on that. But there's actually a lot of news

here this morning, even since I went off the air on the radio show. By the way, today Tommy

had a great conversation with Ray Knight.

Phenomenal conversation. I really like him, and he's going to be on the radio show every Thursday at 9 o'clock until the end of the season. Also had Brad Sham on the show. He's great.

And then DeAngelo Hall was on the show and actually said some very interesting things, which we'll get to as well.

But the news, the Redskins news here this morning is that Darius Geis, according to J.P. Finley, more likely than not, is going to end up having surgeries.

He's down in Florida visiting with old Dr. Beanie Andrews, James Andrews, for his second opinion.

And JP reported earlier this morning that it's more likely than not that he's going to opt for surgery,

which would have him out for two months to repair the torn meniscus.

Therefore, I was thinking about this at the very end of the show today that I wanted to

basically talk more in depth with you on, and that is, can you imagine if the reports were

true about Jay Gruden wanting to release Adrian Peterson on Cut Down Day.

If he had cut Adrian Peterson and then a week later had no Darius Geis.

Well, he would have gone to his guy, Samage Piron.

Samage, I guess, would have made the team instead of...

Yes. You know, at have made the team instead of... Yeah.

But, you know, at that point, does that become almost, you know, an event where...

Put it this way.

The fan base was already ridiculously upset with him earlier this week for deactivating Adrian Peterson,

which we talked about on Tuesday in more detail.

Can you imagine if Peterson weren't on the team and we all thought that it was Jay who cut him?
