you taking control of your life and me finding ways to celebrate you through people who want

to celebrate you just like you want to celebrate you. And with that said, I'm going to start with a

really amazing story. So a lot of you know, and I've talked about my grandfather so many times,

even before I actually started this show, I turn around, I look up to the sky, I bring his energy

into me. And that's because he has been such an inspiration in my life still to this day, even though

he's gone, I still feel him every single day.

And the reason why that is really important to me is because when I was a young kid and I would stay at my grandfather's house on the weekends, what would happen is my grandfather would wake up and say, come on Shawnee, like, let's go on a hike today.

So I would be like, okay, I don't know why I be going on a hike, but let's go on a hike.

And right when we stepped outside, he would say, find a stick.
