After a year of getting requests to get this man on the podcast... THE COLIN SAHLMAN SPECIAL becomes reality.
Colin Sahlman was undoubtedly one of the greatest high school runners of all time. Colin held PRs of 50.26 (400m), 1:48.07 (800m), 3:39.59 (1500m), 3:56.24 (Mile), 8:33.32 (3200m), and 14:03.29 (5k XC). He holds the National record in 3200m and 5k, is a 2-time Gatorade State Player of the Year Cross Country (2020, 2021), 2-time Gatorade State Player of the Year Track (2021, 2022), National Gatorade Player of the Year Cross Country (2021-22), AND was the 2022 Gatorade Male Athlete of the Year.
Colin now competes for Northern Arizona University (aka NAU), where he has contributed to the team immensely and helped them to win their sixth NCAA team championship in seven years this past Fall. Colin looks to do big things on the track this upcoming spring and beyond.
