Like I was aware that I was insecure in my body I'd face to my photos and all of that stuff

but I don't think I really knew what to do to fix it and you know what I thought the way I

I would fix it would be to change my body.

And one of my favorite things I always say is you can't hate your body into a body that you love.

So it took years to have in my brain that mindset switch. And then I started to dig deeper into internal healing and

realizing that I can't heal the outside of me and become the best version of myself

where I feel really good and really strong if I don't

heal what's going on inside of me.

So that led to me doing a lot of journaling, a lot of inner healing work, and also just I

add affirmations into all my workouts now because I realize a lot of the workouts out there are very

Some of them are triggering a lot of them are very like the your goal is to lose inches off your waist

So I kind of I wanted to make my workouts

something that it was empowering and it was like,
