But first, Bob, Jake, good to have you on the show.

How are you guys doing?

Doing well, James.

Yeah, excited to be on, James.

Appreciate the invite and ready to get after it.

Yeah, so, I mean, we've got a lot to talk about with the Red Sox, obviously.

But Bob, just kind of as we sit here late November, what's your mindset as a Red Sox fan right now heading into 2024?

Yeah, I think first and foremost, it's a team that needs to kind of act like the big market

franchise that they are. I know a lot of people would probably trade places as fans with Red Sox fans in the 21st century having four championships, but at the same time, they've finished in last place six of the last 12 years now, which is kind of just a crazy disparity to think about there.

In three of the last four years years they've finished in last.

You know, in those four years since Dave Dumbrovsky left, they've been relatively tentative, I think, with free agency and with trading.

You know, I'm a partial season ticket holder at Fenway, and it's like they raised ticket prices last year,
