Faganholz and here with Lauren Johnson at FNP. And we don't have a guest this week, but we are going

0:11.0

to be answering some more questions that were submitted in the Q&As on Instagram. So we have a few.

0:17.2

And then depending on time, we can kind of just talk about some other things that people have

0:21.6

been mentioning even if it wasn't a question asked so Lauren let's start out this is a this is

0:27.5

one we were talking about extreme constipation what are your first thoughts when you hear the word

0:33.0

1:34.6

Yeah.

1:34.9

And I totally understand that.

1:37.2

Like that's good.

1:38.5

You know, I'd say that that's probably better than getting like a colonic.

1:43.6

But if you are relying on something to do a bodily function, that doesn't sit well for me.

1:50.6

Just from a root cause standpoint, just from, you know, if there wasn't, if you're on a desert

1:54.8

island, there was no coffee, then how are you going to have a bowel movement?
