And we don't have a guest this week, but we are going to answer some Q&A questions. And we hope that all of you had a great holiday, Christmas, New Year, getting the New Year started off correctly.

obsessed with weight loss, but they don't always understand that it's not a simple, like,

There's a lot more to weight loss health benefits than just looking different.

And I feel like everyone chooses weight loss because they want to look a certain way because that's, you know, what society has groomed us or sculpted us to think.

But it's really the effects on your physiology that happens that is so much more important

about that before we jump in with folks? Yeah, I mean, so as somebody who has struggled in the past with weight loss and as somebody who has had disorder eating in the past, you know, during college and after college, postpartum with my first baby, I had a lot of disordered eating.
