Summary

Hello friends! Red Light & Near Infrared Light Therapy has been scientifically proven in peer reviewed clinical trials to have anti-aging effects on our skin, help with neurological disease, fight depression and anxiety, increase fat loss, speed recovery from exercise, improve your sleep, increase strength and endurance, combat some autoimmune conditions, fight hair loss, and speed healing from injury, all with little to no side effects.

Two specific frequencies of red and Near Infrared light have been shown to be the most powerful and effective, these are at 660nm and 850nm. These two frequencies are delivered to sites of the body that require healing. Infrared and red-light therapy provides power to your cells by creating ATP (Energy).

A light therapy device like Hive delivers red & near infrared wavelengths at 660nm and 850nm directly to your body with non-flickering, low EMF, high power LEDs. These wavelengths of light are “bioactive” in humans. This means these types of light have a positive effect on the function of our mitochondria by providing a boost of energy production and reducing inflammation.

There are over 4000 published medical studies that show the effect of red-light therapy on various conditions.

RED/INFRARED LIGHT MAY AID IN THE MANAGEMENT OF:

• Arthritis/Joint inflammation
• Chronic Muscular pain including Back /Neck /Shoulder /Knee /Elbow
• Tendonitis
• Lymphatic drainage/Oedema
• Peripheral circulation
• Non-healing ulcers/Bruising
• Wound management
• Skin aging and scarring
• Bronchial congestion
• Flu and virus recovery
• Headaches/Migraine
• Concussion
• Insomnia
• Brain fog
• Gut microbiome
• Pre-exercise stimulation
• Post exercise recovery

Below is a list of studies that show the effects of red-light therapy on a range of conditions.

Prior to beginning a new diet you should undergo a health screening with your physician to confirm that a ketogenic diet is suitable for you and to rule out any conditions and contraindications that may pose risks or are incompatible, including by way of example: conditions affecting the kidneys, liver or pancreas; muscular dystrophy; pregnancy; breast-feeding; being underweight; eating disorders; any health condition that requires a special diet [other conditions or contraindications]; hypoglycemia; or type 1 diabetes. A ketogenic diet may or may not be appropriate if you have type 2 diabetes, so you must consult with your physician if you have this condition.
