this has been a really interesting experience going through these episodes and having to listen to myself.

So I'm trying to learn this process as I go both of you know with editing and how to speak and how not

Yep, mommy wine culture.

What is mommy wine culture?

Well, I googled it.

I tend to be kind of wordy, so I wanted to find a simpler description.

And the general consensus is that the name is just a pop culture trend.

The idea is not new, but right now it's a trend, it's a

marketer's dream, it's a hashtag, and it pushes the idea that in order to parent,

binge drinking is totally acceptable.

So this term is new.

The concept is not.

When you go back and look at the 1950s in the early 60s women were prescribed lithium

and tranquilizers you know joking let me call them mommy's little helper
