| 0:55.3 | what is really the first priority for leadership and actually the first measurement of success. |
| 1:00.7 | And because so many of us are trying to squeeze in so many things to do. |

| 1:07.8 | There isn't the space to do everything that we've got on our to-do list and our goals so |
| 1:12.5 | again I'm calling this recovering the first priority of leadership because it's not it's not vision |
| 1:17.6 | which is what we tend to say it's you know get a vision that is that is number one or strategy |
| 1:21.8 | I want to say the first priority of leadership I'm going to simply call it it's about |
| 1:26.4 | being B-E-I-N-G. |
| 1:29.1 | It's being in a few different ways. |
| 1:32.2 | It's being with Jesus, communion, relationship abiding in him. |
| 1:36.1 | It's waiting before the Lord. |
| 1:39.1 | It's in silence. |
