Tell us a little bit about yourself.

Um, so yes, I'm, uh, I'm 20 years into clinical practice, um, as it is,

um, uh, critical care and, and pulmonary medicine, uh, physician, um,

how it pertains to this podcast.

I became a hiker, pretty much right from the beginning of those 20 years, um,

the, the hospital had some docs and nurses, uh, and who would, we would get

together on Saturday, uh, for those of you who hike in, uh, Southern New York

State, it was in Harrowman State Park.

We'd, uh, meet at the Dunkin' Donuts in Slotsburg on Saturday morning and, uh,
