Limiting government means expanding this fear of the individual and given recent scandals,

the NSA and the IRS, the struggle for liberty most definitely continues.

Last night at Cato University,

Kentucky's junior senator Rand Paul addressed the crowd

covering NSA surveillance,

the misunderstood Lochner decision,

drone surveillance within the United States,

and natural rights.

Everybody's got a comfortable seat

and I can go on for a while.

So this morning, I get up this morning I can't find my cell phone anywhere so I ask

carried if I could borrow his. And do you think the NSA is going to be surprised

to see Harry Reid at the Cato Institute? The president was at a junior high

the other day and he said, you know, he's always

promising something.

He said, I promise you free high-speed internet.

And so one of the, it was sort of an awkward moment.

One of the kids raised his hand and says,

why so you can read our email faster?

I have to admit none of those jokes are really mine.
