I am guest hosting for the week and this week we are talking motivation. Today let's dig

0:27.2

into your morning routine because how you start the day it influences everything from your

0:32.8

mood to what you decide to prioritize what you get done and so we're going to talk about

0:37.9

building the right morning routine that's going to set you up for success and help you get

0:42.0

closer to your goals. So think about your morning routine like the foundation on a house.

1:52.0

it is the first thing you reach for. And so what are you going to do the night before? Here's what you're

1:56.5

going to do. I always plug my phone into the bathroom. That way it is charging all night. I leave

2:03.6

the ringer on. I tell my family and work if there's an emergency call me and what's interesting

2:08.0

about that is nobody calls unless it is a true emergency, but people will text you all night long.

2:13.2

And if you wake up every morning in lay in bed and you scroll through social media,

2:18.4

your first decision of the day is aid to procrastinate and be to prioritize everybody else.
