The more recent calls I've been getting, they just hit a little different than the calls I used to get many years ago.

You have to remember, when I started as a dispatcher, it was almost a quarter of a century ago.

terrible people, but you didn't talk to them that often on the phone. The crimes people committed, well, those seem to be a little different too.
