Go with me, if you would please, tonight to the book of Mark.

Mark the, well, I'll tell you what.

Let's do it a little bit differently.

Go to the book of Luke 18, then we'll go over to Mark.

And it's up to us how much we receive tonight.

The Lord never changes.

I know some years ago, some of my folks grew up to Pentecostal and still are, and I thank God for what I got through that.

But there was some very specific thinking about being filled with the Holy Spirit.

And I struggled to get filled in Pentecostal circles because we focused on tarrying.

And I found out, after not receiving for a long time, through Brother Hagan's ministry, that you could receive by faith.

And I received by faith and spoken tongues when I had not received tearing off and on for years.

And so I was very excited about it.

And one of my relatives, I met them sometime after this, and they had heard what I had said

about it.

And so they got hung up on me talking about praying in the spirit on a regular basis, praying

in tongues regularly.

And so this lady, she said to me, she said, you think you can talk in tongue just any time you want to, huh?

I said, well, I said, yeah, you can.

And she said, no, no, no, you can't just turn the Holy Ghost off and on whenever you want to. And I didn't even think about

it. Just came right up and out of my spirit. I said, no, he's always on. He's always on.

And any time you'll yield to him, he'll give you utterance. Is that true? Saints, anybody else found that out beside me?
