Summary
Danny is the focus of this episode where we see a different side of Jason confront him and put their close friendship in peril to do so, before he finally sits down with Jasmine and Melissa to learn more about why they were so disturbed by his actions on Halloween. Kristen comes to the aid of Danny and Nia by sharing a rumor that alludes to Jason not being so perfect, and that rumor kicks off a whole new beef between Kristen and Janet. Brittany's effort to let Jax see Cruz while still in treatment backfires when he tells her that he's going to lease a condo and when she learns that he hadn't been paying their mortgage. She announces to the group that she is done with him forever - and we all hope so.

| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the high and low podcast. This is your host, Bravo, Bravo, Ducking Bravo, |
| 0:08.8 | and we are going to recap the Valley. But before we do, there's some random Bravo news. |
| 0:14.1 | I saw a story yesterday that Brittany is dating a musician. His name is Will Gittins, like kittens |
| 0:18.9 | with a G. And on a different podcast, Brittany said that she was just having fun. I'm just having fun. I'm dating someone right now, just a little bit of a crush. You know, it's nothing serious. Nothing serious, okay? But then every photo I see of this man, he's holding a guitar. And if you like me have ever in a previous part of your life been a member of Bachelorette, Bachelor Nation, |
| 0:39.3 | then you know a man holding a guitar may not be there for the right reasons. I hope that he is, |
| 0:45.3 | but I don't know. Either way, she's dating somebody. Lucille Bluth boys, good for her. Then I saw more |
| 0:50.8 | drama about Sonia Rita. I don't know what is going on. Just brace yourself. |
| 0:55.6 | This time it's about a charge back. This is all in page six. A company called Expert Appliance Group, |
| 1:01.6 | so an appliance of some kind that she bought and they installed it. I don't know. |
| 1:05.2 | We're deductive reasoning is all we have here. Reached out to page six and said, in 2024 and |
| 1:10.7 | February, we did work for her. |
| 1:13.7 | She paid us $20,000 via Chase Bank's Zell payments. |
| 1:19.5 | First of all, who's paying companies through Zell? |
| 1:23.0 | Is everybody doing that but me? |
| 1:24.6 | I mean, like, I feel like you cut a check or you charge it or you transfer from |
| 1:28.5 | your bank account. Zell? Okay. And so they're saying that 14 months later, so recently, all of a sudden, |
| 1:36.7 | that money gets taken back from them. And the only reason given by Chase was that there was, |
| 1:41.9 | quote, a dispute about a transaction. So that must have originated from the client is what they're thinking. So they're shocked and they're like, we didn't get any complaints. There was no nothing. This is a bill that has been paid. And so most of the article is this company going off about how rude Chase was to them and how disrespectful they were, that they refused to look at the receipts, they refused to |
| 2:01.0 | like do any kind of due diligence. This is very similar, by the way, to what the case is with Marco |
| 2:06.1 | Marco and Erica Jane and American Express taking like $800,000 back. So their message from this article is |
| 2:12.4 | how unprotected small businesses are in situations like this. And they claim that they called and emailed |
| 2:19.8 | Sonia several times, but they did not hear back from her until page six got involved. |
