brief overview of the testimony for today in day 11 of the penalty phase for Tanner Horner. Let's jump

in. The first witness was Tanner's fifth grade teacher. He came into school during the middle of the year, and he struggled with social norms. She cries and said she enjoyed teaching Tanner. When he left her school, his new school called very quickly to ask what they have been doing to help with classroom management. On Cross, the defense points out, not unusual for kids who come to school in the middle of

The next witness was a speech, language pathologist, and an at-home facilitator who works
