What you know, alibiers? Welcome to another episode of Pretty Lies and Alibis. I'm Gigi. Good to have you here. It's

0:05.8

Friday, April 10th. We're only going to need one episode today to recap. We ended early. We ended around

0:11.7

3 o'clock Eastern time. And just a trigger warning today does get into a few things that are not

0:18.1

pleasant. Having said that, let's jump in. Back on the stand was the

0:22.5

FBI special agent from yesterday. They never named him, and I'm sure for good reason. On December 5th,

0:28.6

2022, they did a crime scene search and evidence collection after being called to search to FedEx

0:35.3

trucks. And I'm probably going to interchange van versus

0:39.3

truck when talking about the FedEx trucks they seized because that's just how my brain works.

0:43.8

I say truck, they say van, and sometimes my brain just gets them all scrambled up there and it just

0:48.7

comes out of my mouth. They did a crime scene search and evidence collection after being

They show the camera and the SD card from inside that FedEx truck is pointed straight back,

1:06.7

and if you've seen that horrific photo, you can kind of picture where it would be.

1:10.1

For the abduction van, they show exterior photos. They show a camera mounted on the side of the van. They also did a vacuum of the van to pick up trace evidence. They do that in quadrants. They'll bag it up, and then they'll move to a different section. So that way, if something's found, they can say it was found in the right front passenger seat, for example. They also took swabs or BNA. They were

1:33.5

called back out January 6, 2023 to reprocess the abduction van. And the reason is when they first

1:40.6

processed it, they used blue light flashlights to look for body fluids or any

1:45.3

evidence of cleanup. And that flashlight is just not as good. They have another kind of light

1:51.1

that detects these things better where the first flashlight they use may have missed it. So they

1:56.7

wanted to go back over the truck with the more powerful flashlight. They also had information that Tanner had tried to clean up the van.

2:04.2

They show photos from that second search.

2:06.9

They also show some tie-down straps obviously used for the boxes in the back of the van,
