What you know, alibiers, I wanted to give you an update on the hearing for Joseph Dugger this morning.

It was fairly brief, and his attorney asked that his client be treated as fairly as anyone else, regardless of his status in the television industry.

His attorney also said the family is asking for the most reasonable bond, and is his understanding that Joseph has no prior criminal history, not even a speeding ticket.

And his father, Jim Bob Dugger, is there in Florida and willing to post bond if the court granted it.

So you know, Jim Bob going to be right there talking with the bondsman to get his boy out. These people, y'all.

But he did get a bond. $600,000, which if you do the 10%, it would be $60,000. Pretty sure he'll get

bonded out. There are conditions. He can have no contact with the victim and also no unsupervised contact with any

minors. So I would assume if somebody is there, he can see his own kids, but they haven't made

clear if he can leave the state of Florida. That was not said. I'm going to try to find that out.
