Thursday, August 28th. I hope you guys had a great day. Finally getting around to finishing up

testimony and we're going to do two parts. Part two will be out in the morning. So let's jump in.

We still have a special agent Patrick Sanford on the stand. He's bringing in these

wiretaps, as well as the Dulce Vita recording with Charlie and Katie, as well as a few text messages.

Charlie tells Donna he got Wendy to accept a job with a law firm. Donna says she did, no kidding.

He told Wendy there was no time frame for it,

and if she changes her mind, she changes her mind. He said Wendy would pick up skills she

doesn't have and now isn't the time to just chill and become a guidance counselor at Miami.

He told Wendy she was overqualified for that. Donna talks about Wendy not getting hired

there in Miami because there's nothing there. Charlie tells Donna the dean of the University of

Miami called her and Donna said Wendy didn't tell her that. Charlie said the job was for her being an

advisor and that would be brainless work for her.

He told Wendy she could make a bunch of money, but Wendy said it's not really what she likes.

Donna says, but she's never done it, so you don't know. Charlie says it's like dentistry.

You don't know what it's like until you practice it, and Donna's like, exactly. He said, Wendy asked if her boyfriend Dave could come to the house for Mother's Day.

And Donna's like, oh, she asked you. So Charlie told Wendy to bring him, the more, the merrier.

And Donna says, why not? It's fun. Donna said she wouldn't care if Charlie took her, Dave, and their kids on the

boat for an hour, and she said she and Harvey could hang by the pool, and Donna says she is super happy.

Charlie says Wendy is developing a brain, and Donna agrees. Donna said at this point she had to walk

away so the kids don't hear. She said the kids aren't good with

hugging and kissing and it makes Wendy feel bad. Donna explained to Wendy they're boys. Girls
