I feel really great today, I've had some downtime with friends, so I'm feeling fantastic.

One of the types of rest I tend to have a deficit in is social rest, so being around people

who don't need anything from me are not patients or clients or customers, and so how

We went to dinner with some friends, one of those dinners that lasted four hours where

you're just enjoying each other's company, and no one's in a rush, and there's lots

of smiles and deep conversations, and that fills me back up.

what rest is, we got a huge amount of response.

And it was just another indicator that so many people feel not well rested or even restless,
