We don't know exactly how representative they are because nobody's going around with

proper sampling methods at the demonstrations trying to figure it out, but we do know from

survey research that over 20% of Israelis say they've participated in the demonstrations,

which is remarkable for public demonstrations, usually in most countries, we would see
