I'm in such a weird way today.

Oh, like in a good way or a bad way.

Pretty good.

Yeah, pretty good, but pretty different.

So pretty weird, pretty heady, like up in the clouds, you know, and so like, I'm on day

seven of like this Ayurvedic cleanse that we did a part of my, as like a part of my

school.

So like over, this was like my, my weekend was Friday, Saturday and Sunday this past weekend.

And like we started, you know, and so like the, the three days before that weekend were

like the set up, like you start cutting out, like caffeine and sugar, like a little bit

of day at a time, like like 25% or 30% first day, 60% the second day, you know, and kind

of steer.

So then the three days of the weekend, you just eat like kichari and like just these

very Ayurvedicly balanced foods to like make what a kichari system.

It is like a mixture of like basmati rice and yellow mandal, like a lentil.

And then you can top it with like very, very easy to digest, like vegetables and things

or like carrots or sweet potatoes or, you know, to kind of like top it, but you basically

eat kichari for every meal for three days.

It's pretty tasty though.

It's pretty bland.

Yeah.

It's very bland.
