Summary

It's important that we talk about anxiety and depression. Because in one form or another, we're all on the journey of better mental health and searching for renewal. Yet the "fix" for our symptoms isn't always clear, and often we feel alone in the struggle.

Today, long-time friends Rebekah and Jessica take us through their own stories and give practical advice. We hope the honesty of this conversation is helpful for your life and story!
