Thank you. Yeah. There's a lot going on. Many hats is very accurate. When I first started my

career in theater, nonprofit arts and marketing as well as being on stage. So I was both on stage and

off stage working in the nonprofit arts sector.

And it's quite important to have many different skills and abilities and rely on them

because there are usually more constraints than you would find perhaps in a for-profit business.

And so you have to be resourceful.

And fortunately, I have blessed with many different skills and

abilities to lean on and to leverage and a lot of great mentors and leaders to coach and train me
