You sound like an angry feminist. I am such an angry feminist. Deeply unlikable in so many ways. Yes, I am. I am an angry, I am both angry and a feminist.

What's the goal? The goal is to change the things that are wrong in the world. The goal is to address inequality and make it less. Less inequality?

Yes, make it make it something closer to equal. It's a very long-term project. How do you measure it?

Well, that's a terrific question. I think it's less about precise measurements and more about looking

around at the world and seeing the things that are quite obviously and starkly wrong with it.

The voices that are heard, the voices that aren't heard, the people who are represented,

the people who aren't represented. The ways in which certain populations, bodies, rights, and opportunities

are policed and limited, the degree to which certain groups have power, even not popularly

elected power. I mean, we live in a country right now in which a Republican president was not

elected popularly and yet is having the power to shape a court that in turn is going to shape the law for generations of Americans to come.
