And the bad news is, is that the year is almost over. And I know that's crazy to think about it because this has been another weird year, but the reality of it is it is almost over. And you want to make the most of next year. Now,

as we've been begging all of you to do for the last 60 days, psychologically start thinking of

October 1st as the start of your new year, because when you do that, you roll

into the new year with momentum and hopefully, well, I actually know for a fact.

A lot of you've been doing that because we've been hearing and getting emails and messages

and messages on Instagram and texts from all of you thanking us for keeping you motivated and

educated in action because you're now taking listings.
