message that I got on Instagram and it was essentially a woman who said

Kesh I really want to do this thing, but I don't know how.

That was the first line of it, and then we went and we're chatting back and forth.

And I love this topic because how holds us back from doing so many things that we want to do in our

life and here's my take on it you can tell me how to ride a unicycle and I can

under like understand fundamentally what I need to do where I need to

place my fee and that there's a certain amount of balance that's required and where my butt needs to sit like I'm a

smart capable person I can understand the how but until I actually grab that

unicycle put my butt on it and start pedaling understanding that there's a very good

chance that I'm going to fall on my face, I'm never going to
