Welcome on board, Nathan. How you doing? Pretty good, pretty good. I'm here from, I think, still snowy baffle. A little bit of white out there on the ground still. Something to welcome you back tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it. You know, I have a history of missing the snow in Seattle. I had a trip to Japan

for business a few years ago, and there was like a blizzard. You guys got like 10 inches or

something. Like, I love the snow. So I'm a little disappointed it happened while we were away.

I heard somewhere that this is like the seventh white Christmas Seattle has gotten since they've

been measuring it or recording it. So you missed that on a, just a one-ups little lifetime Christmas type environment here.

Don't worry about it.

That's okay. This was pretty special.

I'll give you guys a little, I don't know, there's a little bit of sunset left, but it's an amazing spot here.
