And we're back. It's been a little while since we've been able to do a Real Hawk Talk show for various reasons. Some of us us have been sick some of us have been traveling

all sorts of things going on but we got the crew back tonight evan hill at evan hill hb it's been

a while my friend how are you doing man i'm doing well now i was not well a week ago i think uh

every it feels like everybody knows somebody who is really sick right now or has

experienced the flu or the COVID or whatever over the past month. But I was down for the count

last week, boys. Like I was not doing well. So I feel a lot better now. Still got a lingering cough.

But yeah, just been sort of processing the Seahawks news over the past couple of weeks

and watching your shows, Brian, as I always meticulously consume your content.

So that's what I do.

Yeah, I'm sure you do.

Well, yeah, I mean, the bonus for people here is they got to watch me go through that sickness, which I'm sure was just wonderful to experience. But you actually came off the DL today. Got good and got well enough to attend and Nathan went down. So like Nathan was originally on the

roster and you know, we gain one. We lose one. But we still got Jeff Simmons at real Jeff

Simmons. He has not yet reached the phase of fatherhood where he gets sick every other day from

something that his child brings into the house. So how are you doing, my friend? You get any sleep?

A bit.

I'm starting to get a little more, but the weather's been so crap in Toronto.

My son's barely left the house other than to go to, like, doctor's appointments.

And like, he hasn't really gone for walks outside yet.
