Went through a lot of different numbers, a lot of different things that we talked about at

Family Reunion for Keller Williams.

And I thought what we could do today is kind of talk about we're already three months into

months into this this year. Are we seeing this to be the same as last year? Are you seeing things

change? Are we seeing more listings on the market that much we know is not happening? But are we seeing
