As I was saying, when the introduction rudely interrupted me, we were talking yesterday, and we started the show out with a question,

are you truly ready to hire a coach?

Because we get obviously hundreds of emails about that.

We get a lot of folks that are, you know, feeling out.

This time of year is very normal for people to be really one of three mindsets.

They're, say, newish in the business.

They want to figure out how to sort of, you know, turbocharge their business. Maybe they have been in the business for a while, been buying leads and sort of

struggling, trying to figure out what they're going to do this year to stop struggling and

have a fantastic year. And then there's, of course, a lot of folks that are already on their

ways to having fantastic years, had fantastic years last year, and now they want to make sure

that they continue their momentum. Actually, that reminds me of three personal coaching calls I had today.

And I'm going to use first names.
