You know, guys, the description that our producer, Mr. Ventura, I just read to, only sort

partially describes Rochelle, because she has actually worked with Julie and I in some capacity for basically

our entire real estate careers. She was with us when we sold real estate and she helped us

form the buyer agent team and she's basically been an integral part of our business in one
