Realtors modify this schedule to fit personal needs but don't leave out any of the key activities. For example: if you have to get kids to school by 7:30am, either work out while they're still asleep or change to another time, but do not delete the activity! 0:44.3	Exactly. Well, every single day, she's responsible for doing 10 things and having a checklist of the 10 things that she's supposed to do.
0:52.9	Going on a little better than 2 mile walk with Julie and I is one of them.
0:57.2	Well, it really is a hike because the road's here.
0:58.7	Nothing is flat.
1:00.4	And the next thing is that she's going to be responsible for cleaning her room.
1:03.7	She has to do some math problems.
1:05.0	She has to do just things to really make it so she doesn't go to pot during the summer, right?
1:09.3	Because she's rolling into third grade. We need a smart person as our kid, you know.
1:14.6	And it takes a lot of work.
1:15.6	That's right.
1:16.6	We don't want her to slide backwards.
1:17.6	One of her teachers said that if you just let him run rampant,
1:20.6	and we want her to have fun, of course, it's the summer.
1:22.6	But her teacher said that if you don't do any of the academic work, that they literally will lose one to two
1:28.2	grades when they enter back in and then they have to relearn everything and they have to
