1:30.2	people at that event in Knoxville? What were your initial thoughts about real estate,

1:41.9	but to be honest with you I was also scared because when you
1:45.4	start with multifamily and when you talk about bigger deals multi-units and it seems too big for
1:53.2	you but I that moment I did not break down the all the moving parts of the multifamily so it was very very exciting, but it was a little scary and it was get on the way some other stuff.

2:09.2	What prompted you to come to the event in Orlando that, you know, you got to get on a plane, you got to travel, you've seen these guys already.
