alum originally from kentucky so i'm excited about that look forward to uh to that. Neil was peppered me with a bunch of questions about being nervous and what we're talking about. Maybe he was just making me more nervous as he kept asking questions. I don't know. It's debatable whether that was helpful or hurtful in the moment. But Ben, you and I were discussing right before we get started. I got that. Got some book signings come up here in the next week. Hope to see you on Tuesday at Lemuria down in Jackson. And, you know, it's football season we've talked about on this show a lot. It's very formulaic. It's routine for me, especially if I know what I'm doing Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Thursday, Thursday, try to get a little off time on Friday, game day, Saturday, reset, do it all over

again. But between vacation coming up with fall break, between the book signings, it's a little

bit more hectic where, you know, one of our main things for the show is taking care of yourself and recognizing where you are, as much as much as anything, it's recognizing so then you can fix it and try to get around some of the obstacles that you have. I'm going to have a two or three week period here that's going to be a little out of routine. So I'm going to have to, I'm going to have to adapt a little and I'm going to have to focus on that, my boy. You got to call it audible.

I mean, so, so the, like, tell me again when the book comes out. Like, he's already out, right? You can order it. Yeah, so books out. It's at, uh, it's at all your independent or your bookstores in Mississippi. We try to do some favors because they take care of us so well.
