What's going on everybody? This is the real bodybuilding podcast and today I am

coming to you solemnly with two friends Ben and James.

Luke's best friends. And I considered him a very good friend of mine too since we worked together every week on the

podcast and we just wanted to kind of get together

and have a chat, talk about Luke and talk about

how he was and who he was, and kind of just say our last pieces I felt like there was a lot of

information going out from a lot of channels that maybe didn't know him so well so I thought it was a good idea to get

the people that knew him most or some of the people that knew him most to come on and have a chat.

So how are you guys?

How are you holding up?

Pretty decent man, all things considered. I think I'm like Ben you know I'm not saying

we're like used to this shit because we're not known to the shit but I mean we I don't know we kind of

we're mature enough to take this in and kind of process it and

and not I suppose lose our way and that's why we wanted to come on here and be able to talk with you because

really to be fair there's so much to be celebrated about Luke we didn't want everyone to think

this is just a situation where everyone should just basically ultimately crumble so I wanted to

come in here and I haven't caught up with Ben very much. We spoke yesterday briefly over the phone.

And I just thought what you, your idea of getting us together is great because I think we need to

just talk on someone who was absolutely a great man.
