John has a place with all of us in this industry he has so much wisdom and and I actually for the first time I've kind of followed his stuff on and off for years

And I actually got to train with him fortunately last year for the first time we shot a YouTube video together.

And I never realized how much our training was similar to what we did and his theories and, you know,

but he sat and listened to, when I talked about he would ask me

questions when I was training and what my theories were in this and that and I know people

look at my career and they say man like Jay was able to win the

Olympia so it's a it's a curiosity on like what my theories are but the truth

is is like we all have our own way and what works for me may not work for you or a lot of the viewers right like the certain

training styles I was a huge volume trainer so I was 26 per body part no matter what little rest time where people
