I'm good man. I'm good man. So have been I started following you like I don't know six months ago or something like that and I've seen you kind of different shows and I kind of knew I wanted to have you on the podcast once I saw your physique

it's absolutely phenomenal you have one of the best physiques in the IFPB and I don't

think enough people know and that's why I wanted to have you on.

I know it's been the hassle for us, you know, for the contact

we try to get on here, but now we're on here and I'm excited to talk some things out with you,

brother.

Yeah, I know it's, um, I wonder why, I'm curious why like I honestly when I look at your physique I see like

one of the one of the best up-and-coming phys's but I don't feel like enough people know.

I know all the insiders know, I know the guys know who you are, but I don't feel like enough

people really know how good you really are.

Do you think that, what do you think that comes from?

Just gotta show up more man, just gotta do more, you know, show my face more, do more shows.

I haven't really completed that much man in the pro. I turn a pro and uh 17, I didn't actually do my pro debut until the end of

2018 I was a Tampa pro okay and I was up and coming brand new and then you know did the Arnold New York pro in Olympia.

How are you 25 years old?

Yeah, I just turned 25 in February.

What's it feel like to be 25 and be fourth place at the Olympia?

It still hasn't hit me yet, bro.

I still think about it to this day that I think about the body goes back in the day man
