Okay, so I've been doing a lot of lifestyle podcasts where people just tell me what's going on in their life and their family and all that,

but you have lots and lots of knowledge on the X's and O's side of things.

Okay, so I do know I've watched a lot of the vertical diet the vertical diet is your diet correct?

That's right. Okay so I've watched a lot of the vertical diet videos and I've got some of the principles but I'm still trying to find the

overarching theme like you know if you say like the Atkins diet everybody knows

it's no carbs whatever whatever is there an overarching theme to the vertical diet

it's probably a few things tied up into one one it's highly bioavailable

micro nutrient dense, easy to digest foods.

That's kind of the sum of it. And I use it with my clients and I have for many, many years, I just more recently named it and brought it to market because of all the requests I had because the athletes that were using it with such great success.

But it tends to resolve some of the problems that I experienced personally and those of my athletes and things that you and I both have witnessed throughout our careers happening in the bodybuilding figure to see bikini industry as well as powerlifting and strongman.

We demonize red meat, we demonize fruit, we demonize dairy, we demonize salt, and I think that well I don't just think I've seen and it's obvious that these
