with William B. Taylor Jr. the acting U.S. ambassador to Ukraine today.

Do you remember Taylor? He's the one who's slid into DMs with his fellow diplomats

to say, hey, this president is on tilt.

Those who heard Taylor's testimony today said it was wait for it.

No, they didn't say that. They said it was disturbing.

Whatever. For us, the disturbance ship has sailed long ago,

but I guess proper people in Congress have reached the limits of the language they can use in mixed company.

I'm guessing, though, that Taylor spelled out the details of what we already know about Trump's dealings with Ukraine.

Trump solicited help to bullying smear a political rival and offered to withhold military aid if he didn't get his way.

Quids, quos, it's all there, disturbing, to say the least.
