Welcome to bluemind ASMR, your personal relaxation station. I’m your host, blue skies. Tonight I am going to be reading the tarot... seeking insight, guidance, and clarity. A serious reading for a serious time in human history.


Remember, it’s okay to be scared because of everything that is happening in the world right now. Feeling afraid is completely valid, so please don’t beat yourself up over it. Cry. Let it out. Make art. Talk with someone you love. Hug them. And then when you’re feeling a little better, look for ways to help others.


Humans are so disconnected from each other nowadays. So connect. Despite all the awkwardness, please try. Because isolated people may not be able to make it through this. The ones who have the best chances are those who are a part of communities of people supporting each other.


And if you’re thinking, “What can I do? I don’t have any special skill.” Let me tell you that everyone has a skill. And sometimes all people need is someone to listen, or a shoulder to cry on. You can give that.

Life can be really stressful sometimes and confusing.

or just something to jog a memory or a feeling, something to help you think about anything other than what's bothering you right now.

That's when I set up my little station and take out my tarot deck

and try to connect with what I like to think of as the universe or magic. Some people think of this thing or feeling as God or gods. And some people don't believe in that and that's okay. Hopefully the placebo effect will be enough if that person is you to give you a little boost

or some guidance or just distract you for a little bit. Maybe help relax you, help you fall asleep.
