Tonight I'm going to be offering you some sort of mantras, just hopeful little phrases that you can repeat to hopefully feel you with a sense of hope and peace and calm you down,

relieve anxiety or raising thoughts, things like that, and to help you be more compassionate toward yourself.

So, feel free to sit up or lie down, to have your eyes open or closed, whatever feels best.

And I'll be reciting each mantra multiple times.

I have been through so much and come out stronger,
