0:26.7	but first a cocktail i have a lovely little cocktail for us i am calling this the neighborly Elvis. I love it. I love it. I'm really
0:40.0	proud of the name. So this is actually the Elvis cocktail from Bon Appetit. It has grapefruit juice,
0:48.6	gin, St. Germain, which is a new liqueur for me. I picked up a new bottle. It's an elder flower liqueur. I've seen it in
0:56.5	cocktails before and I just haven't had it. It smells delicious. The bottle's pretty. Yeah. So
1:01.1	grapefruit juice, gin, St. Germain. And then it's topped with IPA and a twist of grapefruit. But
1:08.7	the neighborly part is not just because we're neighbors, but because I
1:12.8	needed grapefruit juice and I couldn't find it in a suitable quantity. You know, that only comes
1:18.5	a huge at the grocery store. Okay, well, I had just taken this walk in our neighborhood and on the street
1:24.4	kind of north of our neighborhood, all these citrus trees.
1:32.2	So that gave me the idea of like, I mean, I should just get some free grapefruit.

1:34.0	Everyone's trying to get rid of some.
1:34.2	Yeah. So I was actually planning to go and like harvest some for myself.
1:38.4	But then on our next door group, someone posted, hey, I've got tons of grapefruit.
1:42.9	So I got them legitimately. But I did get them from a neighbor. You didn't just like poach them from somebody's feet. But I was going to. I was not above it. No. Now, is this, did Bonapete say, did Elvis like this drink? Is this a drink of choice? I'm still, I need to look into that a little bit more. So I'm not sure.
2:01.1	I feel like that makes it cooler if it is.
