Whether by choice or not, I feel like everyone experiences some big changes throughout their lives.

And we wanted to talk a little bit about how we approach those big changes, how we decide when it's time to make a change, and how we navigate those major life transitions.

But first, a cocktail.

This is an orange coffee Moscow mule.

I saw this on a beautiful mess.

I'm skeptical.

I know, and I will admit when you told me the name, I was like, those flavors don't go together.

But orange chocolate is good.

That's true, but I do not like fruity coffee.

I do remember you saying that and I was nervous.

I was like, well, I already planned it now.

Too late.

So it's just a shot of vodka, actually a little less than a shot.

So one ounce.

Usually it's like an ounce and a half.

They said to do a little less because it should be equal parts.

That and coffee liqueur and you don't want the coffee taste to be too overwhelming.

Like you poured half a cup of coffee in there.
