I'm going to start with some triumphant talk from the industry.

And he talks like a PR guy.

Like, it talks like everything is great.

And, you know, a lot of it is great for the industry.

I'm not going to deny it.

Activists, that's us, activists struggling with corporate campaigns.

Over a decade ago, he starts out, animal rights activists found success in bullying restaurants,

supermarkets, and food service

companies into making pledges to only buy cage-free eggs before moving on to pork and poultry

pledge campaigns.

Fast forward to now, and the tide seems to have shifted.

And the rest of his article is kind of a, you know, just a story of how bad a job

all these corporate campaigns are doing.

And, you know, how we're really not making any, or we or they or whoever it is, isn't

making a lot of progress. And why are animal activists struggling? Several reasons come to mind.
